4. Enquiries, test drives, and reservations
Submitting an enquiry or preferred appointment time does not guarantee availability. Test drives require our confirmation and may require a valid driving licence, identity verification, compliance with safety instructions, and acceptance of additional test-drive terms. We may refuse or reschedule a test drive where reasonably necessary for safety, insurance, weather, vehicle availability, or operational reasons.
Any reservation, token, deposit, cancellation right, or refund condition will be governed by the written receipt or reservation terms provided at the time of payment. Do not make a payment to an unverified person or account.
5. Pricing, payment, and ownership transfer

An online or preliminary valuation is an estimate and not a binding purchase offer. Any final offer may depend on physical inspection, mechanical and legal checks, document verification, ownership history, outstanding finance, accident history, modifications, and market conditions.
You confirm that information submitted about your vehicle is accurate and that you have authority to offer it for sale. You must disclose material defects, claims, encumbrances, and ownership issues.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest data at scale, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or misleading material, or use our content for an unauthorised commercial purpose.
